PURPOSE

​

The Client Referral Program aims to incentivize existing clients to refer qualified leads to Apsidien LLC ("Apsidien").  This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for participating in the referral program.

ELIGIBILITY

 

Any existing client of the company is eligible to participate in the referral program.  Employees of Apsidien are eligible to participle in the referral program unless explicitly stated otherwise.

REFERRAL CRITERIA

​

• Referrals must be companies or organizations with a genuine need and budget for our products or services.

• Referred service must begin within a 12-month period from initial referral date.

• Referrals cannot be existing clients of Apsidien or already engaged in discussions with Apsidien regarding our products or services.

• Referrer must provide accurate and complete contact information for follow-up.

• A minimum dollar amount for the project or service must not be lower than $5,000

• Incentive is earned only on the first project or service for each referral.  

• If multiple people refer the same company, both referrers can earn an incentive if it results in different projects.  If it results in a single project, only the first will receive the incentive.

REFERRAL INCENTIVES

​

• Referrers will receive a predetermined incentive for each qualified referral that results in a successful sale with the referred company.

• Incentive to be a $500 VISA gift card or equivalent at Apsidien's discretion.

• The incentive structure will be communicated to participants and may be subject to change at the discretion of Apsidien.

REFERRAL PROCESS

• Referrers should submit referrals through the designated channel provided by Apsidien, such as an online form or direct communication with the sales team.

• Apsidien will review each referral and determine its qualification based on the criteria outlines in this policy

• If a referral meets the qualification criteria and results in a successful sale, the referrer will be notified of their incentive eligibility.

COMMUNICATION & TRANSPARENCY

 

• Referrers will be information of any changes to the referral program, including updates to the incentive structure or referral criteria.

 

COMPLIANCE

​

• Referrers must comply with all applications laws, regulations and ethical standards when participating in the referral program.

• Any violation of this policy may result is disqualification from the referral program and fortfeiture of any incentives.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY:

• Referrers must respect the confidentiality of any information shared with them.

• Referrers should not disclose sensitive or proprietary information about the company or its products and services to third parties without authorization.

PROGRAM DURATION

​

• The Client Referral Program will remain active until further notice from Apsidien.

• Apsidien reserves the right to suspend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

• Any disputes or concerns regarding the referral program should be addressed to the President of Apsidien for resolution.

MODIFICATION OF POLICY

 

• Apsidien reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. 

​

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 

• By participating in the Client Referral Program, referrers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
